Civil Estimating Manager

An experienced Civil Estimating Manager is sought to join the Water Civil preconstruction team, assisting with all aspects of estimating for water and wastewater treatment plant projects across the country. The role involves leading or managing the preparation of civil estimates, including quantity take-offs, bidding, and estimate development for earthwork, sitework, and yard piping. This position requires collaboration with internal partners, engineers, and subcontractors to influence project design and ensure accurate scope and pricing.
