Civil Estimator

An experienced Civil Estimator is sought to join the Water Civil preconstruction team, assisting with estimating, quantity take-offs, and bid development for water and wastewater treatment plant projects nationwide. The role involves leading the preparation of civil estimates for earthwork, sitework, and yard piping while collaborating with internal partners and engineers. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage the full estimating process from cost models to final presentation.
