Civil Foreman, Utility Construction

The Civil Foreman will lead crews installing underground utilities across the Lower Mainland, coordinating daily field activities, managing crew productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely and to specifications. The role requires strong experience in sanitary, storm, and watermain construction, as well as the ability to work closely with project managers, superintendents, and labour crews.
