About this role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Civil BIM Designer to lead drawing and modeling production for electrical and civil systems within their Transmission & Distribution business. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, preparing substation layouts, and supporting Scan-to-BIM workflows for global projects in power generation and infrastructure. Candidates will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM and CAD outputs that meet international standards.

Responsibilities

Lead drawing and modeling production as a BIM coordinator for electrical and civil systems
Prepare single-line diagrams, control schemes, and hazardous area classifications
Develop substation layouts and infrastructure drawings for power and protection systems
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on global projects
Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with CAD and BIM standards
