This role involves managing the defense of Automobile and Premises Liability cases in New York from inception through resolution, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and handling depositions and trials. The attorney will collaborate with clients and insurance carriers, manage discovery processes, and represent clients in state court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The position requires a New York-licensed attorney with at least four years of relevant defense litigation experience.
