About this role
The Civil Manager coordinates between the Pre-Construction and Development departments for multiple Urban and/or Cottage projects, overseeing each through due diligence, entitlements, plan production, and permitting until handoff to the construction team. The role reports to the Senior Civil Manager and interfaces with municipalities, utility providers, consulting engineers, and internal design and development teams to advance projects toward permitting.
