Civil Superintendent

Hatch is seeking a site-based Civil Superintendent in the Nashville, TN area to provide day-to-day direction to owner’s team Superintendents and contractors during surface construction. The role ensures best practices are implemented by contractors in support of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and project/business objectives. The Civil Superintendent will plan, organize, and control construction projects while managing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project schedules.
