About this role
The Travelers Claim Intern program provides undergraduate students hands-on experience in property and business insurance claims, including contacting clients, determining coverage, scoping losses and completing damage estimates. Interns receive on-the-job training, system onboarding, mentorship from experienced claim professionals, and work on meaningful projects to learn investigation, negotiation, and claims resolution. The program runs approximately 10–12 weeks (June–August) and is aimed at students pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
