Claim Representative – General Liability

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Claim Representative to manage a caseload of General Liability claims for commercial clients, including product manufacturers and distributors. The role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims involving premises liability, products liability, foodborne illness, and other general liability exposures. This position requires strong technical claim handling skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage claims through resolution while delivering exceptional client service.
