About this role
The Claims Adjuster (Multi-line / Expert) investigates, evaluates and quantifies insurance claims to determine coverage, liability and recommended settlements within policy terms. The role works with insureds, claimants, witnesses, external vendors and defense counsel, and participates in mediations or arbitrations as required. The position supports client relationships, manages billing and reserves, and may require travel and field inspections.
