Claims Adjuster

This role involves managing a caseload of liability claims from first notice through resolution, including investigating loss events, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements. The position requires directing defense counsel on litigated matters, pursuing subrogation, and coordinating return-to-work efforts for injured workers. As the primary point of contact for brokers, attorneys, and clients, the adjuster will handle an established book of business with supervisory oversight.
