Claims Adjuster

This role is responsible for investigating moderately complex and complex comprehensive personal liability claims, including analyzing coverage, evaluating liability and damages, and negotiating settlements. The position serves as the primary point of contact for policyholder attorneys and handles demands, payments, and dispute resolutions. It requires strong negotiating skills and experience with third-party bodily injury claims.
