Claims Adjuster

This position assists the company and Insurance Department in evaluating and proposing timely resolutions to general insurance claims, including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, and USL&H for the CSX Captive. The role involves overseeing and managing third-party administrators on all claim matters while collaborating with Risk Management and Legal on complicated or litigated cases. Additionally, the position supports the Insurance Department with managing the CSX captive and various insurance renewals.
