Claims Adjuster

This role involves performing customer service and claims functions while training to become a claims representative, gaining exposure to all facets of the position through classroom and hands-on learning. The individual will investigate, evaluate, and manage workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The position requires serving as the primary point of contact for injured workers, employers, and medical providers while maintaining detailed claim files and managing costs.
