Claims Adjuster

This role focuses on technical claim handling for Chubb's Construction Team, managing complex construction-related general liability claims under primary and excess policies with a focus on bodily injury. The individual contributor will be accountable for the investigation, coverage determination, reserving, negotiation, and settlement or trial strategies for significant exposure claims. The position involves coordinating with internal and external business partners and representing the company at various legal proceedings.
