The position involves establishing strong relationships with Third Party Administrators, providing direction and authority to claim handlers, and collaborating with internal disciplines such as underwriting, actuarial, and legal. The role requires proactive management of claims, identification of trends, and participation in complex claim discussions to drive business objectives and claims handling excellence.
