About this role
The role reviews, assesses and approves group health and medical insurance claims, ensuring decisions are accurate and compliant with internal policy and regulatory requirements. The position reports to the Team Lead, Enterprise Business Operations and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage claims lifecycle and communications. The role supports Prudential’s commitment to inclusion and service quality.
