About this role

Claims Advisor at HUB International responsible for managing complex commercial claims across Property, Liability, Construction, and Workers Compensation lines, providing guidance, conducting claim reviews, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

Handling of high-profile clients Property and Liability, Construction & Workers Compensation claims.
Coordinate and conduct claim reviews with multiple insurance carriers and/or TPA's; meet with clients as needed.
Communicate and strategize with insureds, carriers, TPAs, adjusters, attorneys to settle claims.
Review policies to interpret coverage and determine coverage for appropriate reporting.
Read summons, leases, and contracts for the purpose of determining proper handling of claim as well as liability and/or insurable interest, indemnification and hold harmless.
