Claims Advocate (P&C Commercial Lines)

This role serves as a claims specialist and advocate for clients, Producers, and carriers, managing medium to complex insurance claims including property, liability, and high-exposure cases. The position involves detailed analysis, negotiation of coverage and reserves, reporting to carriers, and traveling to loss sites to assist clients with the claims process. Additionally, the employee supports account retention, solicits new business, and develops training materials for coverage reviews and loss reporting procedures.
