Claims Apprentice

The Claims Apprentice role is an entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a career as a claims professional through a structured, hands-on training program. Trainees participate in a multi-month development program combining classroom instruction, system training, supervised claim handling, coaching, and job shadowing. Successful completion of the program prepares the trainee to manage liability claims independently.
