Claims Assessment Operations Management

The role involves managing and supervising the full claims caseload, ensuring proper handling in line with process, policy, and turnaround time requirements. The position requires personally assessing and approving complex, high-value, or suspicious claims, while also developing and implementing processes to identify and control claims fraud risk. Additionally, the role includes managing, coaching, and developing the technical capability of claims assessors and team leads, as well as reviewing and proposing improvements to claims assessment workflows.
