Claims Casualty

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating the settlement of complex PL Casualty Liability Claims to promote the retention or purchase of insurance. The position requires handling complex claims with minimal supervision, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, and ensuring effective communication with agents. The role also involves reporting large losses, presenting claims to committees, and ensuring appropriate reinsurance reporting.
