Claims Examiner

This role investigates, evaluates, and resolves complex personal injury, product liability, and property damage general liability claims against Lowe's and its subsidiaries. The position involves gathering information, determining liability and compensability, negotiating settlements, and reporting findings while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient claim resolution. The role also serves as an escalation point for complex issues and supports the onboarding and training of other claims examiners.
