Responsibilities

• Handle all claims from notification through to closure within agreed authority limits
• Establish and maintain adequate claims reserves ensuring prudent reserving policy is adhered to
• Provide excellent claims customer service to policyholders, brokers, and service providers
• Capture critical detail at all stages of the claim including fraud indicators
• Manage issues in terms of policy indemnity and liability to a satisfactory conclusion
