Claims Handler

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling assigned claims of average complexity and low to mid exposure. The position involves managing a caseload of environmental, products liability, life sciences, professional liability, and general liability claims while ensuring compliance with policy provisions and regulatory requirements. The Claims Handler will work under general direction from their manager to make decisions within their authority and maintain accurate claim files.
