Claims Manager

A non-supervisory Claims Manager supports the organization's risk mitigation by formulating, developing, and coordinating all claims-related activities across workers' compensation, general liability, automobile, and property coverages. The role involves resolving bona fide claims promptly, overseeing carrier and TPA adjusters, and applying loss reduction techniques such as salvage and subrogation. Responsibilities include gathering claims data for loss forecasting, estimating financial values of open claims, and assisting the Director of Risk Management and Legal Department with complex claim administration.
