Claims Manager

The Claims Manager oversees operations for assigned supervisors and personnel across one or multiple lines of business, with a primary focus on handling HAL claims in North Carolina and Virginia. This role involves developing and maintaining workflow, claims processes, and new systems while ensuring proper staffing and equipment for field office operations. The position requires regular onsite presence at a branch office in NC, VA, or the SE Region.
