Claims Processing Specialist

This role is primarily responsible for handling and processing all claim types for BDO Life, ensuring correct, prompt, and valid payment of benefits to claimants. The position involves preparing evaluations, requesting investigations for contestable claims, and maintaining accurate records and reportorial requirements. The specialist will also handle correspondence and check releasing for benefit payments to claimants, agents, or brokers.
