Claims Processor

As a Claims Processor at Total Recon, a Tesla-approved body shop, you will serve as the primary liaison with insurance companies to ensure claims progress smoothly and are properly compensated. The role involves reviewing and submitting repair plans, collaborating with production staff, and communicating claim-related matters to keep the team informed. You will monitor claim progress, address insurance inquiries, and proactively resolve issues to optimize profitability and service delivery.
