Claims Professional

This role involves assessing and managing a portfolio of disability claims end-to-end, reviewing information to make informed decisions, and ensuring claims are progressed within agreed timeframes. The position requires building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting regulatory requirements. It offers the opportunity to leverage existing skills in Workers Compensation, CTP, or Allied Health within the Life Insurance sector with comprehensive training provided.
