Claims Rep Trainee - Fort Collins Area

The Claims Rep Trainee position involves participating in training and continuing education to gain the knowledge and skills necessary for a Claims Representative role. The trainee will learn to communicate with customers and claims personnel regarding procedures, problems, and coverages. The role requires investigating, evaluating, validating, negotiating, and settling assigned claims, as well as analyzing claim situations for coverage by contract. The trainee will continually gain working knowledge of policy coverages.
