Claims Representative I (training cohort)

West Bend is building a new class of entry-level Claims Representatives to start in January 2027. Through hands-on training and support, you’ll learn how to manage claims from start to finish, solve problems, make decisions, and help customers through unexpected situations. The role involves learning to piece together claim details, review information, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and manage a caseload. Candidates should possess curiosity, communication skills, good judgment, organization, and a willingness to learn.
