Claims Service Representative

This role is directly responsible for managing daily service requirements for an assigned book of business, including rating, quoting, and negotiating new and renewal business. The position involves processing applications, preparing proposals, handling billing, and maintaining accurate client records and automated files. The incumbent will also assist with client open enrollment meetings, cross-selling efforts, and compliance-related document preparation.
