Claims Specialist

The Claims Specialist manages a caseload of complex commercial rideshare and Transportation Network Company (TNC) claims from initial investigation through resolution. This role involves handling high-limit claims, attorney representation, litigation, and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage while leveraging expertise in coverage, liability, and damages assessment. The position requires partnering with defense counsel and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient claim management consistent with policy provisions and regulatory requirements.
