Claims Specialist

This role involves overseeing financial lines claims, including Private D&O and EPL, while managing Plastic Card Fraud and Theft claims. The position requires monitoring claim activity, reviewing bordereaux, and ensuring timely handling and resolution in compliance with company guidelines. The specialist will communicate with MGU claim handlers, coordinate with outside vendors, and support mediation and settlement discussions.
