Claims Supervisor

This role supervises, trains, and monitors the activities of assigned property claims adjusters and other claims personnel within a designated branch office. The position involves managing overall operations, reviewing claims for coverage and reserves, and providing guidance on claims questions and procedures. The incumbent also handles complaints, assists with legal proceedings, and may serve on the Catastrophe Team requiring occasional travel.
