Claims Supervisor

This role supervises, trains, and monitors the activities of assigned claims adjusters and other claims personnel, assisting Claims Leadership in overseeing and handling claims. The position involves managing overall operations, reviewing claims for coverage and reserves, resolving coverage questions, and handling claim complaints and inquiries. The incumbent also participates in trial procedures, directs outside legal counsel, and serves on the Catastrophe Team as needed.
