About this role
Claims Trainer who develops and manages learning interventions and instructional materials to support employee learning and performance within the organization’s call center and care management operations. The role partners with stakeholders to align training strategy with project rollouts and system migrations and serves as a subject-matter expert for iSeries/IP content. It supports adoption and change management through delivery of blended learning and train-the-trainer activities.
