Class A Progressive Tool & Die Maker

The Class A Progressive Tool & Die Maker is a master craftsman responsible for the design, build, troubleshooting, and optimization of high-speed progressive stamping dies at the Ditron facility in Stormville, New York. This specialized role focuses on precision microstamping, producing miniature, tight-tolerance components from high-performance alloys on Bruderer high-speed presses running at production speeds of up to 1,300 strokes per minute. The position requires building and repairing dies at the bench, debugging dies at the press, and submitting First Article samples to Quality for approval against customer part drawings.
