Discovery is seeking full‑time Classroom Assistants to support a new infant and toddler community (ages 18 months to 3 years) in Hawthorne, CA. Under the direction of the Lead Guide, assistants will help children reach their developmental potential in an authentic Montessori environment, working Monday‑Friday with flexible start and end times. Training and resources are provided, and candidates must meet specific education, certification, and eligibility requirements.
