Classroom Support Staff

Solterra Academy seeks a Classroom Support Staff member to assist teachers in implementing academic, vocational, and behavioral programs for students with severe emotional, behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and/or learning challenges. The role involves providing active supervision, supporting student activities and transitions, and implementing behavioral interventions under teacher and administration supervision. This position requires a year-round commitment, including the regular school year and summer session, with in-person work in New Britain, CT.
