Classroom Support Substitute

The Classroom Support Substitute collaborates with center staff to assist Head Start Teachers in delivering classroom curriculum while ensuring the care and supervision of children in alignment with Head Start Program Performance Standards and licensing requirements. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, positive, and trauma-informed learning environment that addresses the social determinants of health. The position involves supporting daily classroom operations, including supervision, lesson plan implementation, and maintaining accurate child head counts.
