Classroom Teacher Assistant

This role involves working collaboratively with a classroom teacher to establish, maintain, and manage classroom activities for children in the Enrichment Services Program. The incumbent is responsible for interacting with children in a developmentally appropriate manner, ensuring their safety, and assisting with daily lesson plans and learning centers. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, observing child development, and advocating for the Head Start Program and its families.
