Classroom Teacher

The Classroom Teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. The role involves teaching designated subject matter, differentiating assignments to meet individual needs, and evaluating student learning frequently. The teacher is also responsible for maintaining a conducive learning atmosphere, demonstrating an understanding of child growth and development, and exhibiting substantial knowledge of subject matter and curriculum objectives.
