Clearing Operations Officer

This role involves processing inward and outward clearing transactions, handling cheque clearing, CCASS, FINI, and direct debit/credit activities within the banking operations team. The position requires performing verification, validation, data entry, and reconciliation of clearing items while ensuring timely completion within strict cut-off times. The incumbent will liaise with internal departments and branches on clearing enquiries and maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements. The role supports UAT, operational readiness, procedure reviews, and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth banking operations.
