Clerical and Administrative

This role supports the ongoing operations of the office by managing phone communications, directing visitors, and handling filing and other clerical duties. The position involves assisting with property management tasks such as tracking work orders, ordering supplies, and showing vacant units to prospective tenants. Team members are expected to report incidents and emergencies while providing general administrative support to the Community Manager.
