Clerical Duties

This role involves performing various clerical duties for the department, including answering telephone inquiries, providing information to employees and the public, and processing mail. The position requires completing timesheets for payroll, ordering supplies, and notarizing documents as needed. The incumbent will also participate in emergency management activities during a local state of disaster as directed by county managers.
