This position ensures the efficient operation of the office by assisting with client services, managing administrative tasks, and supporting staff in delivering quality services. The role involves handling client contact, scheduling, payroll, reports, and processing vouchers while maintaining accurate information in electronic systems. Additional responsibilities include purchasing, billing, reconciling, and coordinating maintenance requests from the motor pool.
