The role involves greeting patients, performing full registration, updating demographics and insurance information, and handling patient outreach through phone and MyChart. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, managing cash drawers, and completing non‑clinical administrative tasks such as insurance pre‑certifications and referrals.
