Clerical

This role is responsible for resolving self-pay accounts while maintaining strong relationships with patients, guarantors, and business office departments. The position utilizes medical billing knowledge and customer service skills to effectively collect payments and provide financial resources to patients, thereby promoting patient satisfaction. The individual works under the direct supervision of the PFS Director/Assistant Office Manager to ensure accurate billing practices and compliance with organizational policies.
